Make up class/lesson policy: No discounts or refunds for missed group classes. However, in the event of a missed class due to club closure or holiday, you may reschedule a class on a different date or reschedule your class in the form of a private lesson. For private lesson make-ups, you may reschedule within two weeks of missing your appointment. Failing to cancel with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the lesson.
